A skin based off the Beaver and Steve Webcomic Website

The skin has been completely re-written from scratch and is fully skinned and compatible with foreign messengers (except the custom font may cause some issues).

Minor Known Issues:
- Font doesnt support many foreign/rarer characters - will not fix
An option to disable the font is now provided, please see the skin options panel!
- Minimum Contact List size restriction does not apply on WLM9.0
- Large Webcam border is pixelly
